Improve flexibility, strength and improve over all sense of wellness and well being
Beginner and intermediate class. Free to the public. 7 week course meeting Sunday mornings from 9:30-10:30.
Wear comfortable loose clothing and bring your mat and towel.
Please do not drink water, use electronic devices or speak 10-15 minutes prior to class.
This is a space and time that silence and surrender are to be observed.
